Editorial policy
D365World Editorial runs a structured process for every page. Our aim is simple: each guide should be accurate, specific and genuinely useful on a real project.
How a guide is made
- Topic selection. We prioritise the questions people actually ask: recurring problems in community forums, common errors, new releases and gaps in existing documentation.
- Research. Claims are based on primary sources such as Microsoft Learn, release plans and official announcements, plus reproducible community findings. Sources are listed at the end of each guide.
- Hands-on testing. Where a guide describes behaviour, we reproduce it in a Dynamics 365 environment where possible. Guides marked "Tested in a D365 environment" were verified this way, and the screenshots come from those runs.
- Writing and editing. We use AI tools to help research and draft. Every guide then goes through technical fact-checking, an originality check and human editorial review before it is published.
- Maintenance. Dynamics 365 changes with every release. Each guide shows the date it was last verified, and we revisit guides when releases or deprecations affect them.
